Furniture Medic is a leading Furniture and Cabinet Restoration Company serving both residential and commercial clients in the Denver Metro Area. We are growing rapidly and currently seeking full-time team members. This position provides administrative and clerical support for the office, production, and field staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- This position will support various main office functions including: preparing correspondence, answering phones, ordering supplies, maintaining calendars, and various other assignments as needed.
- Perform all services assigned carefully, promptly and efficiently
- Communicate with customers regarding any accounts receivable concerns
- Communicate with other contractors and insurance professionals to both obtain and provide details on projects
- Represent our company so that the Furniture Medic image is always enhanced in the eyes of all customers
- To contribute to the improvement of Furniture Medic in areas related to production, sales, and supervision
- Maintain positive attitude while resolving production, mechanical and scheduling difficulties which may arise on occasion
Job Requirements:
- Previous successful experience in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of bookkeeping process and it's related software, Quickbooks.
- Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
